VISION
To witness to the power of God to heal, transform and make all things new and to support those who by word and example make Christ's redemptive work known to all who are suffering and in need.
PURPOSE
To be the organizational expression of the diaconal ministry of the Church: to interpret to the Church the needs, concerns, and hopes of the world, and to show Christ's people that in serving the helpless they are serving Christ himself.
